TOMMY RICHMAN

Musician Tommy Richman blends music genres based on feeling and impulse; his vocals come from the heart, not pen and paper. As a DIY artist, several of Tommy’s songs have streamed into the millions, including the warm and lush melody of “ELECTRIFY TONIGHT,” the punchy “Games,” and the frantic glitchiness of “Chrono Trigger.” His diverse catalog reflects a broad scope of abilities and moods. “I feel like I switch up my style every four months,” Tommy notes. The artist does not overthink his direction or classification. Instead, he creates from the heart with intention and care. That authenticity attracted multi-platinum artist Brent Faiyaz, whose new imprint, ISO Supremacy, now backs Tommy along with PULSE Records. That partnership unfolds with the two artists touring together and releasing Tommy’s EP, THE RUSH.

Named after the famed Mötley Crüe drummer, Tommy seemed destined for music. He grew up just 30 minutes outside Washington, D.C., in Woodbridge, Virginia. Deeply rooted in his local music community, Tommy Richman took a risk. In early 2022, he relocated to Los Angeles. The move changed his life. There, he recorded “Games” and mynameisntjmack collaboration “BUNKER/PREROLL” songs garnering millions of listens. Brent’s team heard and presented this music, leading to Tommy's signing. THE RUSH shows range, depth, and emotion. “I mix genres of music, but I make it make sense with a great curated experience.”

A key leader in pioneering the Sigilkore sound since emerging in 2022, 9lives has rapidly reached millions of Spotify monthly listeners. With his distinctive style, dark aesthetics, and innovative approach to production, his artists projects include the Odetari collab EP 3x3, and breakout single "XTAYALIVE" which has amassed over 100 million streams on Spotify, and in the first year of his career 9lives has worked with the likes of industry A-listers including Rico Nasty, Jaleel, Kanii, and more.

Alluring and magical, the artist’s eclectically crafted music evokes emotion and storytelling, fusing together an intricate amalgamation of gen-z subcultures between the ethereal lofi trap textures of cloud rap, the manipulated chopped vocal pitches of hyperpop, and the uptempo bounce and animated sound FX of electronic club styles like Jersey club. One to watch in the underground music scene, 9lives is creating his own supernatural fantasy world fit for the world stage.

GROUPTHINK

Groupthink is LA's answer to the resurgence of electroclash, mixing palettes of french electro, indie dance, and dance punk to surprising ecstasy and harmony. The result is a sonic gestalt of childhood memories that have been compressed into the present day. It feels good, it feels bad, it feels everything at the same time.

Groupthink had a busy 2023, hosting an L.A. rave with The Hellp, opening on a US tour for their collaborator KennyHoopla, and being featured in Pigeons and Planes’ “Best New Artists.” Not to mention throwing a massive house party in LA with over 1000+ people that shut down a whole block. With big name collaborations, a new record deal with PULSE Records and a whole lot of new music on the way, 2024 is shaping up to be their breakout year.

“We'll make a song with the same chords five times, whatever, that’s not as important to us as making something that someone would play at a party or get the lyrics tatted.” Hailing from Chicago by way of Wisconsin by way of North Carolina, Groupthink celebrates the power that one good night has to change the world. Their hooky indie-electro music has wormed its way into the clubs and ears of listeners across the world to serve as the soundtrack to any good time.

In a crowded field of artists taking pop and indie rock in new directions, Groupthink refuses to be put in a box, simply because they wouldn’t fit. They explore a range of vocal styles with a focus on feeling above all else, igniting the spirit of late aughts acts like Justice and SBTRKT, rendered with a metallic finish that just feels so right right now.
